Inventory Control Executive

About the Role:

• Overlooking inventory function to maintain proper Inventory, Fixed Assets, and office printed balance in the channel and fulfil the requirement of Management by submitting accurate information on time.
• Action taking to the physical stock verification reports which have been submitted by the Audit Department.
• Prepare the charge sheet for the stock discrepancies based on the report & follow up on the recovery process.
• Monitoring & analysing the reasons for the highest Actual stock shortages, highest Administration fines, Refunds & long-time pending matters, and giving the solutions for overcoming matters.
• Conduct periodic/random physical stock verification in retail outlets/warehouses.
• Monitoring aging/obsolete stock in the company and taking necessary actions to clear those according to the management guidance.
• Streamlining inventory management processes and reducing costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in supply chain management, Material management, Logistic and transportation (included cargo handling & special project).
• Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Computer literacy in Microsoft office packages.
• Minimum 2 years Experiences in similar role would be added an advantage.
