Customer Service Executive (Ambalangoda)

Role Description:

Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback while effectively managing the team to ensure productivity is unhindered.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma in Business Management.
  • Excellent communication & business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service.

Willingness to work in the night shift on a rotational basis is a must.
