Currently, we are seeking a reliable Group Financial Accountant for our organization. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting senior management in crucial decision-making by analysing and presenting key financial data.

Group Financial Accountant

Responsibilities:
The Group Financial Accountant holds the pivotal role of overseeing the financial reporting and consolidation process for the Company and its subsidiaries. This entails meticulously preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, managing intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and providing insights through detailed financial analysis, aiding strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with various departments, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance efforts. Additionally, spearhead process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls. Your role extends to supporting audits and undertaking ad-hoc projects, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic growth of the organization. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred with 3 years experience in financial accounting, preferably in a group or corporate accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to drive process improvements, commitment to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in financial reporting and compliance.
