Documentation Officer - Recoveries
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Restructure/ Reschedulements proposals.
- Preparation of Legal Action Memos, Parate Board Papers to the Management.
- Obtain credit approvals from relevant authority levels within specified timelines.
- Prepare relevant memos & papers as per the standard formats & liaise with relevant approving authority of the Bank to obtain timely approvals.
- Maintain records of all reschedulement & approvals for Management Information.
- Follow up and execute security documentation pertaining to each facility.
- Ability to examine and reason-out the credit proposals of NPCF accounts and to ensure that issues are escalated to the next level as necessary for prompt resolution.
- Maintain all correspondences and ensure that timely settlement plans are executed.
- Preparation of litigation statements.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience of which 2 years should be in a credit & recovery related role.
- Full/Part qualification in Banking / Finance from recognized institute, Diploma in Credit Management or equivalent.
- Strong communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing & analytical skills including the ability to understand customer financial.
- Should be able to perform independently with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines.
