Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd., a fully — owned subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC, is a frontrunner in Sri Lanka’s restaurant industry operating master franchises for leading global restaurant brands such as BURGER KING®, Crystal Jade, Delifrance, Baskin — Robbins & Popeyes. Operating five international brands, Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd., is one of the biggest restaurant brand owners in the country.

Softlogic’s Venture into the Quick Service Restaurant business began with the opening of three BURGER KING® restaurants in 2013. Burger King Sri Lanka has since expanded its footprint to 22 other locations across Colombo, Kandy and Negombo.

In 2017, Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd., acquired the franchise for Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of specialty ice cream operating over 5,000 parlours in 50 countries with a wide array of ice cream flavours, milkshakes, waffles, and other delicious treats. In 2018, the company acquired the franchise for deliverance, one of the world’s leading French bakery-café-restaurant chains operating in over 340 outlets in 11 countries. Softlogic then moved on acquire the master franchise for Crystal Jade Sri Lanka which opened its first restaurant in One Galle Face Mall by Shangri La in November 2019. Popeyes, the iconic global fried chicken brand is the fifth international franchise introduced by Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd in 2021. The brand’s passion for its Louisiana heritage and flavourful authentic food has allowed Popeyes to become one of the world’s largest chicken quick service restaurants with over 3,300 restaurants in the U.S. and around the world.

We hope to recruit talented, competent team players for the below position(s) to join the Softlogic Restaurants Team.

Executive - Human Capital

Job Role:

  • Responsible for new recruitment’s documentation.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Handling and Supervision of company accommodation.
  • Maintaining employee referral program.
  • Responsible for company accommodation, bike agreements and ensure All are up to date.
  • Monitoring Recruitment cost.
  • Responsible for employee’s Medical Insurance inclusions/deletions & Payments.
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities.
  • Participating for recruitment campaigns.
  • Conducting Accommodation leadership / HR coordinator meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years working experience.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
