Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is the foremost manufacturer of Moulded Rubber & Plastic products for domestic & international markets. Our factories are based in Galle, Dompe and Dalugama.
We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join our factories. There is a vacancy for the above position at Dalugama Plant for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.
HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HRIS related operations.
- Handle onboarding process of all new employees.
- Generate system report letters and other HR related documents.
- Set up Key performance Indicators of in the SBU.
- Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate the training facilities resources.
- Responsible for employees attendance / payroll and other admin functions of the SBU.
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications in HRM.
- Experience in working with HRIS (MiHCM, PeopleHum, Cemex, BetterHR).
- Experience as an HR Assistant in a manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Having a good relationships.
- Age below 30.
