Receptionist
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
- Manage guest bookings and reservations.
- Maintain an orderly workspace.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hotel.
- A qualification in hospitality management or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office packages.
- Should possess a pleasant personality.
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
- The candidate should be under 30 years of age
