Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing high quality sales related service to customers
• Building a service culture across the Channels
• Working with customers to secure both new business and to deepen the existing business relationship
• Managing key relationships with the existing and potential SME clients with a view to leveraging further business and widening the portfolio
• Tailoring existing products to meet individual customer needs
• Providing feedback to marketing and product management on efficacy of marketing strategies and tactics, and customer experience of the product and services offered
• Ensuring that all risks related to Sales Operations are identified and also documented where applicable
• Preparing credit proposals for new business & timely renewals of existing business
• Maintaining proactive relationships with all product partners and service delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant experience in sales and customer relationship building with a proven track record in dealing with corporate business
• University degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
• EXcellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Good computer literacy
