Receptionist Cum Customer Care Officer

• Individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional customer service
• Should proses excellent telephone etiquette with good public relationship skills
• Should have a very good command of spoken English and Sinhala
• Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage
• 1 to 2 year working experience in similar field
• Ability to work well with levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is a must
• Should be capable of handling and coordinating the general office administration work
