Business Analysts
Young, enthusiastic, energetic individuals to lead business and technical analysis sessions for configuration and new development efforts to meet current and project needs while aligning client's expectations on business requirements, system requirements and program functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Demonstrated skills to both quickly estimate business impact of a decision, and then support that with available data in a timely manner
- A proven grasp of MS Office and database tools such as MS SQL, MySQL
- Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices
- Fluent in both oral and written Japanese language will be an added advantage
