Secretary to AGM HR / Support Services

The candidate should be pleasant, dynamic, result oriented. She should possess effective communication & writing skills in order to provide efficient secretarial service and requires the ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks. Having worked as a secretary in HR department would be a definite advantage.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Should possess 5 credit passes for G.C.E. O/L including Mathematics & English and G.C.E. A/L 3 passes
  • Should possess a Diploma in secretarial work independently with minimum supervision
  • 3 years' secretarial experience in a recognized institution
  • An excellent command of both English & Sinhala Languages
  • Possess excellent computer literacy
  • Pleasing personality with good PR skills
  • Preferably below 35 years of age

Remuneration:
A progressive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications, experience and competence.
